"The crew turned up exactly when they said they would which was important for us so we could manage our busy days. We were kept informed the whole way through a rather large repair job, which involved the excavation of the floor slab of the master bedroom, and another extensive excavation externally. There were several surprises along the way due to tree roots and poor installation of the original builder. Through all these issues the schedule was maintained, which was very important to us as we were travelling the day after the works were planned to be completed. The team worked on late overcoming the surprise issues to hit their daily targets throughout the whole week. The quality of the work was excellent. Really grateful to the team for their hard efforts, long hours and keeping us up to date through the whole process multiple times daily."
