The first picture shows the old bath, a jacuzzi type. The outlet had corroded away so was leaking under the bath. As this bath is no longer in production, the particular type of fitting required has also been discontinued, we tried various other types of drain fitting but none would form a perfect seal. The only option left was to replace the complete bath. The closest bath type available was not a perfect match as it was narrower. This meant the inner support walls had to be rebuilt and then retiled. The bath was then filled and allowed to settle to ensure sealing around the sides.
